And to truly personalise your home, each Vertex block receives a front garden landscaping package, allowing you to create a waterwise and sustainable front garden.

How to arrange your fencing & landscaping:
As part of your purchase at Vertex, you will receive a front yard landscaping package and side and rear fencing. 10-12 weeks prior to completion of your home, you will need to contact Instant Gardens on 9303 9920.

NBN Connectivity

We live in a connected world, so every home in Vertex includes NBN Connection. Please contact your preferred service provider.

We suggest contacting them at least two weeks prior to moving in.
