FLORENCE: $5K CASHBACK OFFER

1. Cashback Offer:
The Seller offers to provide one Cashback Offer to the first 30 purchasers of an Eligible Lot (one Cashback Offer per Eligible Lot) subject to the Buyer satisfying and strictly complying with the Eligibility Criteria and Redemption Criteria.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

2.1 To be eligible for the Cashback Offer an entrant must:

a) be one of the first 30 persons to enter into a Contract of Sale for an Eligible Lot within the Participating Estate; and

b) pay the full deposit required under such Contract of Sale on time (“Eligibility Criteria”).

2.2 The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Seller and the Seller’s decision on the validity and/or time of receipt of an try is final and binding on all entrants.

3. Redemption Criteria:

3.1 To be eligible to redeem the Cashback Offer, each entrant that satisfies the Eligibility Criteria must:

a) comply with the terms of such Contract of Sale at all times and without default;

b) not extent or delay, or attempt to extend or delay, settlement of such Contract of Sale; and

c) complete settlement of the purchase of the Eligible Lot on time and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract of Sale (“Redemption Criteria”).

3.2 Without exception, the Cashback Offer will only be paid by the Seller if the Redemption Criteria are strictly complied with. Entrants will have no claim or other rights against the Seller as a consequence of non-compliance with, or non-satisfaction of, the above conditions that result in non-fulfilment of the Cashback Offer.

3.3 For each entrant that satisfies the Redemption Criteria, the Cashback Offer will be provided within 7 days of settlement.

4. General provisions:

(a) The Cashback Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

(b) The Cashback Offer is inclusive of GST.

(c) The Buyer acknowledges and agrees the Cashback Offer is not transferable or assignable to any other party.

(d) Neither the Seller, or Satterley and its related entities will be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by any person who relies upon the information in any advertisement relating to the Cashback Offer except for any liability that cannot be excluded by the law.

Defined terms:

Unless otherwise required by the context or subject matter:

Cashback Offer means a $5,000 prepaid Visa Card as referred to in the certificate attached to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 2 of these terms and conditions.

Eligible Lot means a lot in the “Florence Estate”

Participating Estate means the Florence Estate, Mandogalup.

Redemption Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 3 of these terms and conditions.

Satterley means Satterley Property Group Pty Ltd ACN 009 054 979 of Level 3, 27 -31 Troode Street, West Perth.

Seller means Wandi Anketell Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 112 608 376 of Level 3, 27 -31 Troode Street, West Perth
