On 7 February, we officially opened the doors to the Seaside Display Village & Land Sales Office - welcoming hundreds of homebuyers to experience our growing coastal community.
With 12* stunning display homes from some of WA’s leading builders, plus our brand-new Land Sales Office now open, the village came to life alongside Nigel Satterley and West Coast Eagles AFLW Senior Coach and Seaside Ambassador Daisy Pearce.
From a live DJ set and Mandurah Crab Fest’s Claud the Crab to mermaids flipping their fins in the Seaside Aquarium, sand sculpting in action, a giant beach ball pit and local legends from the Mandurah Surf Life Saving Club - It was a vibrant morning filled with sunshine, celebration and that unmistakable coastal energy Seaside is known for.
