Florence: Builder Referral Disclaimer
REFERRAL FEE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Buyer acknowledges that if a builder or builder’s representative (“Introducer”) introduces the Property to the Buyer, the Seller may at its own cost pay a $3,000.00 referral fee to the Introducer, at the sole discretion of the Seller.
The Buyer and Seller acknowledge that the Builder or Builder’s representative the subject of this referral may not be the Buyer’s selected Builder for the construction of a dwelling on the land and the referral fee will be paid in accordance with the information provided on this Referral Fee and Acknowledgement.
The Seller confirms that the Referral Fee will not in any way affect the Purchase Price or the decision of the Seller to accept or reject this Offer.
This Acknowledgement must be signed and submitted to the Seller with the Offer to Purchase.
Without exception if the Acknowledgement is changed or submitted retrospectively to the Seller after acceptance of the Buyer’s Offer to purchase then no referral fee will be paid.
The Referral Fee incentive may be cancelled by the Seller at any time at the Seller’s absolute discretion.
