Feeling connected to your community is especially challenging in current times. Satterley’s in-house Community Development team were devastated to have had to cancel so many community programs and events we know residents love and that bring our community together!

The Hawkers Market has been a popular destination with Wandi locals and residents from further afield looking for an evening of community with their loved ones. Residents have enjoyed delicious food, drinks and entertainment on the 3rd Friday of every month from November 2019 through to March 2020.

The Honeywood Primary sensory garden’s initiative is designed to enhance and expand the school science program in a hands-on way, linking topics taught in the classroom to real-life experiences, like gardening. The use of the garden is also a part of the school's Waste Wise accreditation, an initiative designed to ‘close the loop’, recycling food waste into the garden through composting and worm farming.

On Saturday 28 March at 4pm the Honeywood Residents Group will celebrate and host their fourth Harmony Day Festival, the second year as a combination with Neighbourhood Day.
