Celebrating Progress and Milestones

We are delighted to share the exciting news that Bluestone Tarneit Estate has achieved its very first land titles milestone, marking a significant step forward in our shared vision. We can’t wait to see our first residents out on site and making progress on their brand-new home construction journey!

Momentum in Stages 2 and 3

In the heart of the estate, stages 2 and 3 are progressing steadily, with the completion of civil works and ongoing checks for authority compliance. Anticipate the finalisation of titles for these stages by September 2023, as we pave the way for more families to join our thriving community.

Advancements in Stage 4

Stage 4 development is well underway, with the completion of road boxing and subgrade preparations. As we gear up for upcoming pavement works and kerbing activities, we are on track to deliver the much-awaited stage 4 titles by mid-2024.

Stages 5 and 6:

Stage 5 has witnessed significant progress in bulk earthworks, sewer reticulation, and ongoing drainage works, with titles anticipated for mid-to-late 2024 for 5A and by the end of 2024 for Stage 5. Additionally, the green light has been given for Stage 6, with bulk earthworks set to commence soon, targeting titles by the end of 2024.

Future Local Park

We are excited to share that the council has approved the design for our future local park, setting the stage for an exciting upcoming project. Tendering of the works for the park is underway and work is scheduled to begin by early 2024, promising a great recreational space for our residents to enjoy and create lasting memories.
