Nothing is too far away when you live in Eden Beach. The Butler Train Station is only two minutes' drive to your beachside property, making access to the Perth CBD easy and relaxing or if you prefer to drive, it's only 35 minutes away via the Mitchell Freeway.

There are also TransPerth bus routes that service the area regularly.


When it comes to shopping, you're spoilt for choice. Eden Beach in Jindalee is just a short drive or train journey to Lakeside Joondalup, the biggest shopping centre in the region. Plus, Brighton Town Centre is only five minutes' away featuring Aldi, BCF, Supercheap Auto, Repco, McDonalds, KFC, Red Rooster, State Swim and a Medical Centre.

Schools & Education

For the youngsters, there are eight accredited day-care centres only five minutes' away in Butler and a Montessori Childcare Centre in the heart of Eden Beach.

And when it comes to your children leaving school and wanting to further their education, Edith Cowan University's Joondalup Campus and the West Coast Institute of Training at Joondalup are an 18 minute drive away.

In total, Eden Beach in Jindalee will have 10 beautiful landscaped parklands. The Eden Beach Foreshore Park and Playground which is one of the main attractions within the estate caters for children of all age groups and overlooks the beachfront and foreshore. Slides, multi-level play cubes, climbing structures, a toddler play area with swings and a sand play area as well as custom-shade structures, make this playground a very popular destination.

10% of Eden Beach has been set aside as dedicated conservation areas, including a foreshore conservation area with coastal limestone walkway.

The Beach House

The spectacular, $3million, 250 seat Beach House bar and eatery is situated in the heart of Eden Beach alongside the Eden Beach foreshore park and playground.

The Beach House is a thriving bar north of the Perth CBD, providing breakfast, coffees, snacks and lunches by day and dinner and drinks by night.

The Beach House has been built with lifestyle in mind, constructed facing the water and adjacent to the Eden Beach foreshore park and playground to capitalise on the beautiful sunsets Western Australia is famous for.
