Parks & Playgrounds

Eden Beach will have 10 beautiful landscaped parklands. The Eden Beach Foreshore Park and Playground is one of the main attractions within the estate. It caters for children of all ages and overlooks the beachfront and foreshore. Multiple play areas as well as custom-shade structures make this playground a very popular destination.

Schools & Childcare

Living at Eden Beach you’ll have access to a wide variety of education institutions. Matisse Early Learning is located within the estate with seven other accredited daycare centres only five minutes away. Eden Beach is also in the catchment for John Butler Primary College and Alkimos College.

And when it comes to your children’s further education, Edith Cowan University’s Joondalup Campus and the West Coast Institute of Training at Joondalup are an 18 minute drive away.

Sporting & Recreation

Get active on the network of stunning walking paths. Pedal to the park, run along the beach or take to one of the many parks for a kick around. Just a short stroll away, front and centre at the foreshore park, you can grab a meal or sunset drink at The Beach House restaurant.

The Alkimos aquatic and recreation centre (AARC) project is also underway to be based within Alkimos, approximately a 5min drive from Jindalee, will feature indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym and fitness facilities, sports courts, a crèche, café, change rooms and carpark, and is expected for completion in 2026.

Shopping & Entertainment

When it comes to shopping, you’re spoilt for choice. Eden Beach is just a short drive or train journey to Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City, the biggest shopping centre in the region.

Plus, Brighton Town Centre is only five minutes’ away featuring Aldi, BCF, Supercheap Auto, Repco, McDonalds, KFC, Red Rooster, State Swim and a Medical Centre. With Butler Central close by which includes, Woolworths, Priceline and The Reject Shop, as well as other services and dining experiences.

Transportation

Nothing is too far away when you live in Eden Beach. The Butler Train Station is only two minutes’ drive to your beachside property, making access to the Perth CBD easy and relaxing or if you prefer to drive, it’s only 35 minutes away via the Mitchell Freeway. There are also TransPerth bus routes that service the area regularly.

Plus, the Driver and Vehicles Services centre officially opened a new facility on Butler Blvd in May 2023, which now provides licensing services and practical driving assessments within the area.

The Beach House

The spectacular $3 million, 250 seat Beach House bar and eatery is situated in the heart of Eden Beach alongside the Eden Beach foreshore park and playground.

A thriving bar, providing breakfast, coffees, snacks and lunches by day and dinner and drinks by night, it was built with lifestyle in mind and constructed facing the water to capitalise on the beautiful sunsets Western Australia is famous for.
