Far East Organization and Satterley have released 12 new homes at St Helena Place, offering buyers a range of three and four-bedroom luxury homes from the next stage of its launch. The latest release of homes in Stage 3a of the project provides much needed new housing stock in St Helena, located 26 kilometres north-east of the Melbourne CBD.

Bordered by Eltham, Plenty, Greensborough and Diamond Creek, St Helena is one of Melbourne’s smallest yet tightly held suburbs. Sales data from Realestate.com.au revealed just 32 houses were sold last year. *

Julian Hill, Development Director for Satterley, said the off-the-plan release is the community’s third since launching in February 2022. The first release of 32 homes sold out in under ten weeks.

“The combination of pent up demand for the suburb and brand-new homes set amongst a beautiful natural environment, within easy reach of the city, makes St Helena Place an attractive option for a range of buyers.”

“All homes in the latest release are beautifully located near the established wetlands, right in the heart of the project.”

Julian said that people can choose from various floor plans plus three interior colour schemes.

“All homes have been thoughtfully designed, complete with contemporary living spaces, lofty 2.7m ceilings on the ground floor and alfresco areas. Purchasers will have a variety of predetermined internal upgrades to select from.”

Another significant factor behind St Helena Place’s success has been the fixed-price, turnkey homes delivered by the partnership of Australia’s largest private residential developer Satterley Property Group, award winning developer Far East Organization and Australia’s largest home builder Metricon.

“Our customers understand there’s great value in what they’re locking in and they’re happy with the product and the options they can choose from,” Julian said.

The Stage 3a release also coincides with the very first St Helena Place residents who have now moved into their brand new Metricon homes.

“Having our first residents move in, is a significant milestone and incredibly exciting for our buyers who embraced this unique project.”

“Their early vision, in Far East Organization and Satterley, is about to be rewarded,” Julian said.

Developed by Far East Organization and sold and marketed by Satterley, St Helena Place is a boutique master-planned community of about 240, three-and-four-bedroom homes. Surrounded by 3.7ha of generous free spaces, St Helena Place is within easy access to public transport and freeway, local schools, Apollo Parkways and Greensborough shopping precinct.
