Development is full steam ahead at Satterley’s latest coastal community, Ocean Hill, Lakelands with a display village, a new park and playground and a new intersection currently under construction.

Ocean Hill is the perfect choice if you love the coastal lifestyle and you are looking for an affordable home, right near one of Perth’s most attractive beaches and best kept secrets.

This coastal estate is currently undergoing some exciting changes. Read below and go see for yourself everything that Ocean Hill has to offer.

NEW PLAYGROUND COMING SOON

New parklands are coming to Ocean Hill! Located on the corner of Everest Parkway and Jefferson Street, that has commenced construction.

The playground will be a favourite for children of all ages. It will feature a wooden fort and climbing structure, swings, public open space to kick the footy or play soccer and sheltered seating. It will be a place that will bring families and friends together for everyone to enjoy.

The estate will also boast a hilltop park, which will create a walkway from Mandurah Road with easy access to the beach, shops, and estate entry.

ROAD UPGRADES IN PROGRESS

As part of this year’s development program Satterley is currently delivering a new intersection with traffic signals on Mandurah Road that will greatly improve accessibility in and out of the estate. This will be followed by an impressive new entry statement to the estate.

Satterley Development Manager Blair Lunt said that these upgrades would result in a significant improvement in vehicle access and visual amenity for the Ocean Hill project.

“We have been working hard to improve access to the estate and once complete, you will be able to exit the estate and travel either north or south”, said Mr Lunt.

“Ocean Hill will also have a newly landscaped entry into the estate, which will look great,” he said.

“This $2 million upgrade is progressing well and is expected to be complete by the end of this year,” he added.

DISPLAY VILLAGE UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Construction has commenced on Ocean Hill’s new display village which is expected to open early next year. You won’t need to travel far to view some of Western Australia’s top homebuilders and the latest home designs.

Mr Lunt said display villages were a one-stop-shop where you could view and compare real homes.

“The great thing about display villages is that you have all the homebuilders in the one location where you can talk to their consultants and look at all the latest finishes and products,” said Mr Lunt.

“You will be able to choose your land at the sales office then visit the display village to find your dream home. We also have affordable house and land packages available to take the stress out of choosing the right block with the right home,” he added.
