Our CommunitiesHow has Dalyellup Beach changed since 1999?
Dalyellup Beach Estate is ideally located along the stretch of coast between Bunbury and Bussleton. Beautiful gardens, idyllic coastal location, walking trails and it’s very own piece of preserved Tuart Forest make Dalyellup Beach the popular designation for first home buyers, families and downsizes alike.
As much as it is beautiful and tranquil, Dalyellup is rich in amenity and activities. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, Dalyellup offers residents a haven of entertainment, restaurants, shopping and coffee spots; all within a short stroll of your nearest beach spot. With a wide variety of lots, Dalyellup Beach offers something for everyone, within budget and without compromise.
The award-winning community also has a variety of shopping options residents can enjoy. From functional grocery destinations to boutique clothing stores, Dalyellup has it all.

VICTORIA STREET, BUNBURY
Victoria Street in the heart of Bunbury is where you’ll find a wealth of local and boutique stores. You’ll find the big guys too, but what we love most are the home-made, passion creations from local residents on display. Vintage finds, unique plant stores, pottery boutiques and more are waiting to be explored. Shopping hours vary from store to store, so be sure to look them up ahead of your visit.
Eaton Fair in Eaton is another shopping centre to pop on your list. All your favourites can be found here, as well as a range of eateries, cafes, health and beauty stores. There is exciting development underway with the launch of an 8 screen, state of the art cinema coming soon. The new attraction will be the largest in the South West region. Every cinema will feature comfy stadium seating and new electric “Grand Recliners” as well as a new food and entertainment precinct!
BUNBURY FARMERS MARKET
We can’t forget this amazing place, filled with fresh produce which supports a huge range of local growers. Although it is located on the north side of Bunbury, this incredible destination store is popular with both locals tourists passing through, and is only 15 minutes drive from Dalyellup Beach. Browse the freshest meats, cheeses and dairy products, and stock up for the family with colourful fruits and vegetables and ready-made meals. This place needs to be seen to be believed!
