Seaside | Estate Features

Live on the Seaside of life.

Who wouldn’t want to wake up to the fresh, sea breeze blowing in through their windows?

Seaside at Madora Bay is for those ready to invest not just in their future, but in their wellbeing too.

We think the Scandinavians were onto something. And we’ve taken that something and injected it into the DNA of Seaside at Madora Bay. The result is an estate that’s a little unexpected and quirky, but still very much embraces that unmistakable coastal WA flair.

There is so much natural beauty in this little corner of the world, and that’s something we think is worth celebrating.

Discover Why Seaside Feels Like Home

The Location

Wake up to the waves.
Life on the coast is sweet (and a little salty).
A short drive past Secret Harbour, around 40 minutes from Perth, and you’ll find yourself in Madora Bay. Overlooking the pristine Indian Ocean, this is the place where every day feels like a Friday. Life just seems to move at a different pace here.
When you call Seaside at Madora Bay home, that holiday feeling is easy to find. Communities here are designed to bring people together and make it easy to stay active. While we can’t make holidays last a lifetime, Seaside brings them close enough to enjoy every day of the week.
So come on, wake up to the waves.

For growing families, Seaside is surrounded by ample quality primary and secondary education options. For those just starting out, there are childcare and early learning centres too!
The WA State Government recently announced a new $25.77 million-dollar Madora Bay Primary School in Mandurah. Construction of the school is expected to start in December 2021, with completion for the 2023 school year.
So, no matter what stage you are at right now, know that Seaside has all your family’s education needs covered.

Just like the lifestyle at Seaside, getting around is a breeze.
With easy access to Mandurah Road and Kwinana Freeway, and wide-open picturesque streets, so wherever you’re headed, you’ll enjoy getting there!
A future Lakelands train station, as part of METRONET, is also currently under construction and estimated to be operational in 2023. This will give Seaside residents even more access to the city and everywhere in between!

A whole ocean of local convenience.
Seaside at Madora Bay places everything you need to seize the sunshine right at your doorstep.
Walk to the beach to enjoy a sundowner or start the day with an invigorating morning stroll through the local parks. When it’s time to fire up the barbeque with friends, groceries and shopping are a short drive away.
Lakelands Shopping Centre has a Coles, Kmart, Aldi and over 10 specialty stores.

Parks and Playgrounds

When you live in a place as beautiful as Seaside at Madora Bay, you’ll spend more time outside appreciating it!
Our brand new park is open for public use, featuring a Cubic climbing tower with climbing ropes, a slide, a viewing platform and a swing set. For those looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the deck seating area with a bespoke arbour is the perfect place to get together with family and friends.
We have also recently installed a colourful sculpture in our park! The artwork has been designed to inspire a sense of wonder integrates seamlessly with the local coastal landscape and surroundings through its colour and shape. Artist Jason Hirst of Little Rhino Designs drew inspiration from the Neptune Grass spheres, that grow around Australia's southern coast.
