That’s why, Cassia Estate has teamed up with Homes for Homes, an independent not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to boosting the supply of social and affordable housing.
For homeowners who decide to take part in the initiative, when their property is sold, a tax deductable donation of 0.1% of the sale price is made to Homes for Homes, through the conveyancing process. Funds raised through the initiative are granted, to experienced community housing providers to build more social and affordable dwellings. Funds pooled within each State are invested back into that community.
