The construction of this year's Telethon Home is now under way. Follow us along the journey from design, to construction and the final reveal over the Telethon weekend in October.

This year’s Telethon Home build is set to unfold amidst the picturesque landscapes of Clementine estate in Upper Swan, promising not just bricks and mortar, but a beacon of hope and unity.
January 2024: Site works are now complete.
Construction Update: Slab laid
One of Perth’s leading home builders, Blueprint Homes have generously donated the entire build to this contemporary, rural style home.
8th February, 2024: This month the foundations and concrete slab were successfully laid for this 273 square meter home.
Construction Update: Bricks are being laid
The front of this year’s home will feature stunning recycled brick around the letter box, entrance and garage of the home.
March 2024: The bricklayers are well under way with the build of this year’s Telethon home.

This thoughtfully designed home features elevated 31c high ceilings and spacious light-filled interiors.
10 April, 2024: The roof beams are now installed.

23 April, 2024: The roof cover has now been installed.
Construction Update: Float & Glazing
The newest updates to the Telethon Home include; installing glazing on all aluminium windows and doors, preparing wet areas for waterproofing and tiling, and placing plasterboard on all remaining internal walls, ceilings, and cornices.
