The 2024 Telethon Home comes to Clementine, Upper Swan
The Telethon Home is back for 2024, this year coming to Clementine in Upper Swan, after spending the past two years at Seaside, Madora Bay.
Situated on the doorstep of the Swan Valley, the 2024 Telethon Home is on an incredible 762sqm block, with the four-bed, two-bath home to be built by leading home builder Blueprint Homes. The home features a massive 335m2 of living space with elevated ceilings throughout, including a games room, home theatre and scullery as well as a beautiful alfresco and enough parking for even a caravan or boat.
It marks the first time since 2017 that the home has been in a northern suburb, and the first time in almost 20 years that the home is in the picturesque Swan Valley region.
The concrete slab was poured last week and is now set, ready for the brickwork to begin in the coming days.
Over the years, the Telethon Home project has been central to the annual fundraiser and has contributed more than $29million towards Telethon!
The launch of this year’s Home was featured on Channel 7 on Friday night, as well as appearing in Saturday’s Weekend West.
