Mindarie in WA is a suburb in the state’s south-west region, just north of Perth. Mindarie is part of the City of Wanneroo local government area and Greater Perth.

Mindarie is situated 36 kilometres north-west of Perth CBD. Many locals commute from Mindarie to Perth for work, as the drive is an easy 30 to 40 minutes along the Mitchell Freeway, depending on traffic.
