New Catalina Display Village now open

The event was curated to inform and upskill prospective buyers on the journey to building their new home.

Display Village builders were engaged to deliver short information sessions ranging from choosing the perfect floor plan to kitchen design. The afternoon concluded with a sundowner, with prospective buyer attendees, builder representatives and VIP guests.

Feedback from builder partners was positive, with many commenting that they were excited by the event concept and the opportunity to showcase their industry knowledge.

A short survey was given to attendees, which garnered the following results:

• 44% were first home buyers, 44% upsizers, and 12% downsizers or investors.
• 31% currently did not own property, but were actively looking to buy.
• 44% had full finance approval, while 37% had their deposit but not yet approval.
• 50% had a home and land budget of over $650,000, 25% was under $549,000.
• 38% were seeking lots sized 251sqm to 375sqm, 31% were seeking 376sqm to 450sqm, and 31% over 450sqm.
