The home will be selling by End Date Sale, with the announcement taking place during Telethon Weekend on Saturday October 22 and Sunday October 23. Full sale proceeds from the Telethon Home will be donated to Telethon, which helps fund state-of-the-art equipment, programs, medical research, and life-changing services to ensure a better and brighter life for children in need.

Satterley has been a longstanding supporter of Telethon with a 40+ year history of donating land for the Telethon Home in some of our emerging masterplanned communities. The most recent 2018 and 2019 Telethon Homes, located in The Hales estate in Forrestfield, received record numbers at the popular family day event and auction; nostalgic to many West Australians who grew up watching Telethon and attending this annual event.

Construction on the home, located on a large 500sqm corner lot in Madora Bay, has already commenced and is expected to finish in late-August. Once complete, the home will be perfectly situated in close proximity to 1km of pristine beach and surrounded by established schools, parks, shops and amenities.
