Meet Jeremy, soon-to-be townhouse resident at Clementine Estate

Jeremy and his partner Joanne are downsizers currently residing in Mundaring in the Perth hills. They were looking to move closer to the major infrastructure offered by town centres Midland and Ellenbrook, while still retaining the peaceful, semi-rural lifestyle.

They found Clementine estate through a housing sales agent, and were drawn to it’s lovely outlook on the doorstep of the Swan Valley, which offers privacy whilst still being close to amenities.

They chose a lot in a premium location in the estate, with a park literally on their doorstep!

They have chosen Homebuyers Centre to build their new dream home, and they can’t wait to take up residence in their new community.

When asked to describe Clementine Estate in three words, Jeremy chose: “Beautiful. Youthful. Community”.
