Just 5 minutes from the thriving City of Bunbury, Dalyellup beach is perfectly positioned, surrounded by one hundred and fifty hectares of Tuart forest and natural woodland, and the sparkling Indian Ocean.

Dalyellup Beach estate is located just south of Bunbury on pristine coastline.

A joint venture between Satterley Property Group and Department of Communities, currently 3,500 residents call Dalyellup Beach home, with the estate to ultimately house over 11,000 people. Satterley’s vision for Dalyellup Beach includes 14% of designated open space within the estate, comprising of landscaped parks, playgrounds, BBQ areas, exercise equipment, walking and cycle trails, regional open space, and conservation areas to truly enhance the lifestyle of those who live there.

Dalyellup Beach offers world-class education facilities, with four schools located in the estate: Dalyellup Primary School, Tuart Forest Primary School, Dalyellup College and Bunbury Baptist College, offering residents options from Kindergarten to Year 12. Tuart Forest Primary School has set the new benchmark for public school design, which is now being replicated throughout Western Australia, while Dalyellup College has had a major $30M upgrade in 2015.

Residents love the community lifestyle at Dalyellup which includes a surf club and multiple sporting teams.

Through ongoing, open communication with the Shire of Capel, together with a structured community development program, Dalyellup is a prime example of the success a meticulously designed masterplanned community can achieve, best shown through the positive community and lifestyle its residents have achieved.

We are thrilled Dalyellup Beach estate stands the test of time and honoured UDIA WA recognise the potential of this fantastic estate.
