You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping as Allara is close to Yanchep Central, The Gateway Shopping Precinct, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, Butler Central and Lakeside Joondalup.
Transportation
Butler Train Station is only ten minutes’ drive from Allara, making access to the Perth CBD easy and relaxing. There are also Transperth bus routes that service the area regularly, with a stop on Marmion Avenue. And with the new Yanchep Rail extension project currently underway, which includes a new train station in Eglinton, accessing Allara will be easier than ever.
