Shopping & Entertainment
You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping as Allara is close to Yanchep Central, The Gateway Shopping Precinct, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, Butler Central and Lakeside Joondalup.
Transportation
Butler Train Station is only ten minutes’ drive from Allara, making access to the Perth CBD easy and relaxing. There are also Transperth bus routes that service the area regularly, with a stop on Marmion Avenue. The Yanchep Line, an extension originating from the Joondalup line at Butler, officially commenced service on Sunday, July 14th, 2024, stretching 14.5 kilometres north to Yanchep.
Allara's new 1.57ha mountain bike track is now open. The first of its kind in Perth's northern coastal corridor, Aduro Park offers tracks for riders of all ages and riding ability.
Within Allara estate, Taarak Park presents a vibrant playground with swings, slides, and climbing frames, along with accessible fitness equipment and a DJ Booth to create your very own remixes and tunes, creating a lively space for play, fitness and creativity.
