New mountain bike (MTB) park coming soon to Allara

Families and kids at the award-winning Allara estate in Eglinton will soon be able to explore a new park on their doorstep, with a new mountain bike (MTB) park expected to open by mid-2022.

Construction on the new Aduro Park has already commenced and when complete will feature a mountain bike track complete with cyclogym equipment and obstacles, a junior scooter/bike track and a bike repair station.

The new park is set to rival the popular Revolution Park, with the new 1.57hectare public open space featuring shade structures, picnic seating and a grassed area with soccer goals, making it the perfect space for the whole family to enjoy.

To celebrate the new park, project partners Satterley and DevelopmentWA have released 16 brand-new lots in Stage 15A which includes a mix of standard lots, corner lots, and some limited park-front lots located on Aduro Street. Families looking to take advantage of the premium park-front lifestyle can opt for lots ranging in size from 450sqm to 596sqm and priced from just $216,000.

There are further amenities on the horizon for Allara, including the new Eglinton Train Station as part of METRONET’s Yanchep Rail Extension. The new station will make commuting into the Perth CBD easy for local residents, with the approximate journey time to the CBD just 46 minutes, the Public Transport Authority says.

The Mitchell Freeway Extension project by Main Roads from Hester Avenue to Romeo Road will also see further infrastructure improvements in the area, helping to reduce travel times and improve access for businesses and residents.
